Good afternoon LCC Lacrosse Players & Parents. There are some very important NFHS high school rule changes that everyone should be aware of. Most importantly the gear requirement for chest protectors that we communicated earlier in the season, and the new 2022 requirement that all players must wear a Pelvic Protector "Cup". Pelvic protectors "cups" have always been suggested but never enforced. This year it is a required piece of equipment.
